Each individual may hold only one (1) tay365 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances. tay365 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Players found operating more than one account will be subject to the measures described in Section 14.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tay365 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. tay365 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your tay365 account, you must notify the tay365 support team immediately via the live chat facility on the platform.
5.1 tay365 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before allowing continued access to the platform. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Payment methods available to individual accounts may vary based on KYC status and account standing.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your tay365 Real Money Balance as follows:

6.5 tay365 may refuse or delay a deposit transaction if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Player Funds Safety: Player deposits are held in segregated accounts separate from tay365 operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Your Real Money Balance is not used to fund tay365 business operations.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount from your tay365 account is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account verified in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

13.2 tay365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.
13.3 tay365 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit tay365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 tay365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 Where an account is closed due to Player-initiated request or voluntary self-exclusion, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tay365 reserves the right to retain the account balance as partial compensation for damages incurred. This action does not preclude tay365 from seeking additional remedies.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9487, and PAGCOR regulations as amended from time to time.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through tay365's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, or arbitration as required by applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
15.3 Players with unresolved disputes may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. tay365 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
16.1 tay365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice posted on the tay365 platform prior to the effective date of the change.
16.2 Your continued use of the tay365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
